Moni Lazariston complex has a variety of dimensions that cover an area of approximately 20,000 sq.m.
Firstly, the visual art dimension of the State Museum of Contemporary Art, which is a leading site for the Greek contemporary arts with numerous of important exhibitions. Secondly, the National Theatre of Northern Greece representing the theatrical dimension, with most of the productions taking place in a large modern, fully supported theater with 650 seats as well as a smaller 200 seat hall.
The courtyard of the complex is converted into a theater with a capacity of 3,000 people, and hosts various events, especially during the summer season as part of the " Moni Lazariston Festival." The courtyard also embeds the recently formed “Small stage” a ‘special edition’ of every music expression whith a 400 seat capacity.Finally, the administrative department of the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra and the Cultural Center of the region of Macedonia, are also a part of the Moni Lazariston multifunctional environment.
The complex also features a two storey parking garage with150 seats
