MONI LAZARISTON FESTIVAL 2017
Moni Lazariston Festival lead by creativity and quality announces the main projects of its program. Moni Lazariston Festival will host major international projects, but also great events of Greek artists, with innovative and new productions.
The poster is designed by the Iranian designer Babak Safari, who signed graphic designs worldwide, and he is inspired by the abundance of sounds and colors that will flood in the Moni Lazariston complex.
The Monophonics, the energetic psychedelic soul and heavy funk band from San Francisco, has developed a special relationship with the Greek public in recent years. They will be on the stage of Moni Lazariston Festival on Monday 10th July and the will present an unforgettable concert with new and previous favorite tracks.
Two days later, Wednesday 12th July, Moni Lazariston will be filled by the uplifting but simultaneously nostalgic and melancholic music of Goran Bregovic.
The Icelandic group Kaleo will be on stage of Moni Lazariston Festival on Tuesday 25th July. A musical phenomenon spread across the planet, lands for a single night at Moni Lazariston.
In 2015 Moni Lazariston Festival and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra presented “The General” by Buster Keaton. This year, on Wednesday 28th June, we present a great collaboration: the screening of “The Gold Rush” by Charlie Chaplin accompanied with live music by Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.
Of course, Moni Lazariston Festival will hold the most important summer musical performances by Greek artists. The directed by Pantelis Voulgaris musical "9:05" with Vasilis Papakonstantinou, Rita Andonopoulou, Odysseas Ioannou (9/6). "Women", the musical meeting of Fotini Velesiotou, Anastasia Moutsatsou, Myrto Alikaki (12/6). The always melodic and dynamic appearance of Miltiadis Pashalidis (16/6), the charming partnership of Konstantinos and Matthaios Tsachouridis (21/6), the infinite voice of Marios Frangoulis (17/7) and the project of Giorgos Chatzinasios and Giorgos Theofanous (19/7) will take place at Moni Lazariston Festival
