Open Stage: Melodistes - Wednesday, August 26th
Melodistes will participate and this year at Moni Lazariston Festival with a concert-tribute to composer Thanos Mikroutsikos. They will present songs from “Stavro tou Notou” to “Hamlet of Moon”.
Songs in poetry and lyrics of Nikos Kavvadias, Manos Elftheriou, Alkis Alkaiou till to younger Lina Nikolakopoulou, Odyssea Ioannou and Laki Lazopoulo.
Songs interpreted by Giannis Koutras, Vasilis Papakonstantinou, Charis Alexiou, George Ntalaras, Eleftheria Arvanitaki etc. Special mention will be to the songs that Dimitris Mitropanos and Dionysis Theodosis sung.
The music team is taught and conducted by Peter Mavropoulos.
